Phase 2 Reopening Being Planned

We are now planning Phase 2 reopening of our building and will make an announcement right after Labour Day.

Before moving to Phase 2, we have to complete renovations related to our elevator-accessibility project and make alterations meeting public health requirements to prevent the spread of COVID.

In Phase 2, everyone will have access to the building to use our computer centre and browse our library stacks. Access will be restricted the same as in other public places. We will not have In-person group classes, workshops or events until Phase 3. Meantime, we will continue our online offerings.

We’ve been in Phase 1 since the beginning of June. That’s when we resumed loaning paper books and DVDs with pickup at the Atwater Avenue entrance:

TUESDAYS 3:00 to 5:00 pm
FRIDAYS 3:00 to 5:30 pm

Materials have to be reserved by the day before. Our Head Librarian notifies each borrower of the pickup time by email or phone.
