Attention Residents of Westmount

While the Westmount Public Library is closed, the Atwater Library is offering free borrowing privileges to Westmount residents.

Our staff and volunteers are making a special effort to serve more Westmounters during the three or four weeks the municipal library is closed. We’re waiving our usual fee for borrowing memberships (maximum $35 a year) to assist our fellow citizens.
