2016 Benefit Cocktail Party

Generous sponsors, donors and volunteers ‎are responsible for the great success of our 2016 Benefit Cocktail Party, held on November 2. Guest of Honour Hon. W. David Angus made a rousing call for support for our charitable organization, and his message resonated with the 250 attendees.

The net proceeds are about $80,000, which is a vital part of the Atwater Library’s modest budget.

Mutsumi Takahashi, the popular CTV Montreal Anchor, served as emcee and the Dave Turner Jazz Trio played.

As at previous annual fundraisers, there was an extensive silent auction with beautiful displays…and a smoked meat table!
